Leadership & Discipleship Conferences
RLM provides short-term leadership and long-term discipleship training through RMTCs for selected national leaders in the world.
Jesus Christ specifically commanded His followers to go into all the world and make disciples. Those disciples planted indigenous churches to expand the Kingdom of God. RLM's strategy is to establish one-year intensive discipleship training schools - RMTCs to equip indigenous national leaders to be pastors, evangelists and missionaries. Upon the completion of their training, they are commissioned to establish contextualized churches among their own unreached villages. Once the new churches grow to about 50 members, they are encouraged to establish a RMTC to strengthen the existing church and to expand RMTCs into newly evangelized villages and territories.
Dr. Lee travels to RMTC established churches in the world to conduct RLM leadership conferences each year. During his visit, he gathers all the trained disciples within a region or country to provide further training in order to enhance the multiplication process of established RMTCs and indigenous churches. |
