River of Life Ministries (RLM) has been called to bring salvation to the lost, deliverance to the captives, healing to broken souls, hope to the hopeless, and revival to the spiritually dead people and churches in the world in accordance with Matthew 28:18-20, Acts 1:8, and Luke 4:18-19. The Holy Spirit established RLM through Dr. James Lee at the beginning of the new millennium. River of Life is headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia, U.S.A.
